It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace an assessment by a regulated health professional. Never delay seeking care because of something you read here. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

No practitioner and patient relationship

Reading this site, submitting a form, or requesting an appointment does not create a practitioner and patient relationship. That begins at your first assessment.

Individual results

How people respond to care varies. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome.

Booking and cancellations

Appointment times requested online are subject to confirmation by the clinic. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give us as much notice as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Philo Health:

  • Appointment reminders and booking confirmations
  • Follow-up messages about your care
  • Clinic news and offers, only if you have given separate express consent

Consent is optional and is never a condition of receiving care. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered by your network, and carrier delivery is not guaranteed.

By opting in you confirm you are 18 or older. Our text message program is not intended for anyone under 18.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information when you contact us or book
  • Do not use this site to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems

Where we link to another site, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The text, images and design of this site belong to Philo Health or our licensors. Please do not reproduce them without permission.

Limits
